Generally, we will email you tracking info after the order being shipped out. Also, you can track it via "My orders".

If there have no updates on page tracking after your order is shipped out. 

The reason is due to your order was sent from our overseas warehouses, you'll be able to see more tracking updates once it arrives in your location. 

It's under the normal shipping process, no worries.

Please give some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station, hope you will receive your package soon and love the wonderful item.
