Why does the tracking service shows that the package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?

If the order is marked as 'delivered' on your Rezoia account but you did not receive it, please verify the tracking information directly via the couriers website.

If the courier has also marked the package(s) as 'delivered', please contact them directly for further investigation.
